Pathful CRD is an all-in-one Career Readiness platform designed to help educators prepare learners

for college, careers, and beyond. It offers tools for career exploration, work-based learning,

employability skills, and goal-setting.

Look for the Pathful logo in Clever, Canvas, ClassLink or other single sign-on portal.

If you are not using single sign-on, navigate to app.pathful.com/login. Type the name of your school

or organization in the search box, and select it. Input your credentials and select "Sign in".

QUICK-START GUIDE

Important note: the educator (Staff/Teacher/Admin) view is almost identical to the learner

(User/Student) view. Instead of Dashboard, learners have a homepage called My Path, and

learners do not have the My Data tab.

Global Search

A search bar now sits in the top navigation bar, to the left of

Dashboard or My Path. It searches the full Pathful content library,

including lessons, careers, courses, scholarships, and sessions,

and it understands context and meaning, not just keywords.

saved items, including careers, schools, scholarships, and videos, for easy access and organization.

the platform.

Dedicate regular class time for Pathful activities, creating consistency and making it a natural

part of the learning process. The 10-day kickstart plan models this by assigning a short Pathful

task nearly every day.

Connect classroom content to real-world careers and skills with the help of Pathful, helping

learners see its value and relevance.

Promote Individual and Group Exploration

Balance independent exploration of career paths with collaborative tasks, like group discussions

or team projects.

building skills. Use Lessons to direct learning.

Regularly ask learners for input on their Pathful experience and adjust activities to maintain

engagement and relevance. Please share your feedback with Pathful so that we can continue

Begin with one or two activities to ease learners into the platform, building confidence before

expanding its use.

Utilize pre-made Lessons and Courses available on Pathful to save time and provide structure.

Later, try customizing a lesson or creating your own.

Collaborate With Colleagues

Share best practices and ideas with other educators using Pathful, or work together to design

and share Lessons.

Request Support When Needed

Reach out to Pathful's support team or your school's Customer Success Manager for guidance

or troubleshooting.

This plan is designed to help you and your learners get comfortable with the platform while exploring

its wide range of content, tools, and features in a structured and user-friendly way. New to assigning

content? See how to assign a lesson.

Note: any Lessons or Courses can be assigned by the educator or self-assigned by the learner. Anything marked

*Optional will add additional time.

Tip: End each class with a short reflection on what students learned, either a quick writing prompt or an open

discussion. This builds accountability and helps retention.

Post-Plan Follow-Up: After completing the lessons, use My Data for insights into student activity and

My Reports for custom reports. Assign content to address knowledge or skill gaps. See how to

generate a report to check completion.

Day 1

Watch the student intro video with your class and the teacher intro video on your own. Let

students explore the site while you get familiar with its features and identify resources to assign

or showcase.

Day 2

Assign the "Job Exploration and Career Awareness" and "Career Trivia" lessons.

Day 3

Assign the "Careers & YOUR Interests" lesson, which includes the career Interest Assessment.

*Optional: allow them time to take another assessment.

Day 4

Have learners review their Interest Assessment results and self-assign the lesson related to their

top career cluster interest. *Optional: encourage them to explore lessons for their second or third

highest career clusters as well.

Day 5

Explore a favorite career cluster. Learners browse profiles, watch virtual job shadowing videos,

and favorite their top 5 careers.

Day 6

Assign the "Choosing a Career Pathway" & "Goal Setting" lessons.

Day 7

Assign the "Understanding the Importance of Your Resume" lesson. *Optional: add "Building Your

Cover Letter" lesson.

Day 8

Assign the "Soft and Hard Skills" lesson.

Day 9

Assign the "Workplace Readiness Skills" lesson. *Optional: add "Effective Communication in the

Workplace", "On-the-Job Etiquette", and/or "Interpersonal Skills in the Workplace" lessons.

Day 10

Assign the "Introduction to Personal Financial Literacy" lesson and either the "Financial Goal
