Complete an Interest Survey to explore potential career options. You can also take

the Work Values, Personality, or Skills Surveys—or even combine them all—for a

more comprehensive understanding of where to begin your career exploration.

Explore 8 careers over 3 exciting rounds, culminating in a "Championship Game" where

you’ll decide which career is your ultimate winner! In each round, you’ll compare 2

careers using insights from Pathful’s Career Profiles, choosing the victor to advance to

the next round until only one career remains. Will it be your future dream job?

From your assessment results page, click your top 4 results and browse careers that

interest you. Identify 8 Career Profiles that you want to learn more about.

Seed the 8 Career Profiles onto your Career Tournament Bracket. They can be placed

at random or paired based on their alignment with your assessment results.

START EXPLORING! For each career profile complete the following:

Once both Career Journals are done in a round, select which Career Profile you like

best and move on to the next round. Repeat until you have your Champion!

Complete the Career Journal to rate your interest in a Career Profile from 1-10,

write a summary of what you learned about this career, and share at least 1 “Pro”

and 1 “Con” of pursuing this career based on what you’ve learned. If you like the

career, favorite it with the heart.

Present your Career Tournament Bracket to the group and talk about why your

Champion Career Profile won over all the others.
