What is Pathful?

Pathful is an all-in-one Career Readiness platform designed to help educators

prepare learners for college, careers, and beyond. It offers tools for career

exploration, work-based learning, employability skills, and goal-setting.

Which Version of Pathful Do I Have?

How do I log in?

Look for the Pathful logo in Clever, Canvas, ClassLink or other single

sign-on portal.

If you are not using single sign-on navigate to

app.pathful.com/login. Type the name of your school or

organization in the search box, and select it. Input your credentials

and select “Sign in”.

Navigating the Platform

**Important note: The educator (Staff/Teacher/Admin) view is almost identical to

the learner (User/Student) view. Instead of Dashboard, learners have a homepage

called My Path and learners do not have the My Data tab.

Dashboard

The dashboard is your starting point. From here, you can:

Assign lessons or create custom ones. (Lessons & Assignments Help)

Manage your upcoming and past Work-Based Learning sessions.(Work-Based

Discover district resources and suggested content. (Create or Edit or Remove a

District Resource)

Manage Groups and Users (Group and User Management Help)

Tip: After clicking on your school name, bookmark your login link for easier

access to Pathful

School profiles: Pathful's School Profiles provide detailed insights into colleges,

universities, and other postsecondary institutions, including programs offered,

admissions requirements, tuition costs, and campus highlights to help learners

Compare: The School Comparison tool allows learners to evaluate multiple

schools side by side, comparing key factors like programs, tuition, and

Scholarship search: Pathful’s Scholarship Search connects learners to a wide

range of scholarships based on criteria like demographics, interests, and

academic achievements, simplifying the process of funding their education.

Postsecondary Lessons: Pathful's Postsecondary Lessons guide learners through

essential topics such as navigating financial aid, exploring college options,

Compare: Pathful's Career Comparison tool lets learners compare up to three

Work-based Lessons: Lessons covering career exploration, job readiness, and

My Tracker

My Matches: My Matches is a centralized space where learners can store all

their favorites and saved items, including careers, schools, scholarships, and

videos, for easy access and organization. (How to View My Matches)

Credentials: The Credentials section is where learners can view and track the

credentials they’ve earned through Pathful, showcasing their achievements

and skills development. (How to View My Credentials)

Assessment Progress: Assessment Progress is where learners can start

assessments. It also tracks learners’ completion and results of career and skill

assessments, offering insights into their strengths, interests, and alignment

Postsecondary Plan: The Postsecondary Plan guides learners in outlining their

education and career goals, helping them create a clear, actionable

Goal Setting: Pathful’s Goal Setting tool empowers learners to set, track, and

achieve short- and long-term goals, fostering accountability and planning

Pathful and how it aligns with their goals. This can be done through the Career

Journal and Postsecondary Plan.

Engage Families

Share progress and goals with families to extend Pathful’s impact.

Solicit Feedback and Adapt

Regularly ask learners for input on their Pathful experience and adjust activities to

maintain engagement and relevance. Please share your feedback with Pathful so

that we can continue to improve.
